VIDEO:Second video of Poteau City Councilman taking petitions surfaces

"He accidentally took it twice," stated Tote-a-Poke owner Mick LaFevers. LaFevers was referring to a second surveillance camera video which appears to show Poteau City Councilman Winford Webb taking a petition opposing the Wolf Ridge County Club deal with the city, in which the club received $2,500 a month from the city in exchange for discounted youth golf passes.

The first video was released yesterday which appeared to show the councilman taking a petition on Aug. 31. This video shows a similar scene on Aug. 20.

LaFevers stated that he had two petitions go missing at the second Tote-a-Poke in Poteau as well. A statement was released by Webb's lawyer Thursday stating that if he took the petition, it was an accident.
