It has been said that volunteerism is the glue that holds a community together. Many residents would agree that LeFlore County is the great place it is because there are so many groups and individuals ready to step in and help.
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (more commonly known as FCCLA) is an extracurricular club found in many schools in the area and the country, and one of their biggest goals is to promote volunteerism and community outreach.
